SendGrid and Everyone Hacks

SendGrid, one of our lovely sponsors for Everyone Hacks in January, is offering up to four of the most addictive, fun prizes ever for one of the winning teams: Spheros!

A tiny, programmable (and hackable) robot easily controlled with a smartphone or tablet, the Sphero is compatible with over 20 free iOS and Android apps that cover a wide range of games and task-oriented functions. The wee bot comes with a cable-free induction charging dock and is durable enough to stand on. For those who really want to explore the device’s capabilities, a full API and mobile SDK are available for download with documentation and sample code.

SendGrid is partnering with GWOB to bring the Everyone Hacks event to fruition in more ways than just sponsorship. They’re sending their very own Adria Richards, a Developer Evangelist, to act as a mentor to the teams and workshop speaker at the hackathon.
